This is my second move with your company. Things went well until the end when I noticed that my bedroom dresser was damaged. The driver completed a damage report and took the dresser with him to have it repaired. Unfortunately, I have not heard from the damage manager although I've called several times to reach him. I want to know when my dresser will be fixed.

This move was part 1 of 2 parts. Julie in the office was super. She explained the entire rate process and was able to get us scheduled for the day we needed. The men who came to the house were neat, professional and friendly. They carefully loaded and padded the furniture. They then followed us to our storage unit. Again the carefully unloaded the items and placed them in the unit.

Absolutely loved the movers; great attitude(s), work ethic, good teamwork, willing to assist with anything, proactive - just great people. Experience with move coordinator when I called was also great: informative, reassuring (I was completely stressed out and under considerable time pressure by the time I contacted Two Men and a Truck), good follow-up, etc. Time and cost estimates were very, very close to actual move. Team showed up on time and cost of the move was extremely reasonable - almost shockingly so, as the care, effort and attention to detail was perfection. I will be telling anyone facing a move to just cut to the chase and call Two Men and a Truck. You'll be glad you did.

Jimmie saved me! I had another company lined up and when I called to confirm, not only had they lost my reservation, they blamed me. So I called Two Men and Jimmie worked it out for me! I could not be happier with how calm she was 3 days before my move and at the end of the month! She assured me they would handle it and they did! Love Love Nolan and Sam who came out both days to move us! I have a lot of big heavy furniture and they cheerfully moved it. Professional, careful and delightful! We have a steep driveway and had some issues with the truck the first day but they sent out a supervisor who assessed the situation and sent us another truck at no additional charge. Really very happy with the service and especially Jimmie, Julie, Oscar and the movers, Sam and Nolan! Thank you!

These guys were really hard workers and they did not slack off. They were all business. I really appreciate that. Great job guys!

Other than a couple of dings on my wall, furniture and fridge I was very happy with the movers. They were very sorry and said that they would be fixed . I have not received a call regarding the dings on my refrigerator

I was/am completely satisfied with the move and the team involved from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. My interaction with the office staff was clear and concise---and the movers did exactly as I requested----3 men---a great team of gentlemen.

Carson and Braxton were outstanding! Truly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely not only recommend the company but those two specific men 100 times over! Thank you guys for your hard work and charming attitudes!

Excellent moving experience overall. All were courteous, responsive, on time, informative, careful, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

Overall I would rate our experience with the moving company as excellent. The only problem is not having as clearer picture as to the final price of the move. It did meet the overall estimate of time.
