I first called the local office (Ina and Thornydale) and Jimmy gave me information. I said I was interested and told her the date and time. She said she would email a quote. I never received the email. I called the 800 number and told them I had talked to Jimmy, but never received information. She checked my date and time and told me no service had been set up. They set me up on my second call and send emails to confirm. Except for the initial issue, I was very pleased with Two men and a truck. The crew who moved us worked hard and were very courteous.

Overall it was a good experience. The office team is very helpful and very flexible with changing plans. The moving team showed up on time, worked very well together. I ended up having to move a desk myself because it took a bit more disassembly then I wanted to put them through. You have a very good product. Keep up the good work.

The movers ruined several pieces of furniture. They complained and fought amongst themselves. The paperwork was unethically misleading.

My total bill was over my quote and when I left voicemails, I didn't receive a call back. I had to call to confirm. Besides that, service was perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised that the guys called and were right on time at 8am, this is very important to us as a customer. They all introduced themselves and were very courteous to both me and my wife. We did have one broken stone figurine but they said a representative will be contacting us and sometimes things just happen. We would use the company again if we ever move.

From taking apart my ancient bed to babying my extensive art collection, my possessions were carefully handled and arrived in perfect shape. The move could not have been any better. The guys were great to work with and very efficient. Your services were worth every penny.
