Alphonso, Julio, Billy and Chris were fantastic! They arrived on time, were polite, and had a great attitude—just a joy to work with. After 30+ years in the Air Force and dozens of moves, we have NEVER had a better moving crew from start to finish! They never took a break in 6 hours—in temperatures over 100F—if all your crews work as hard as this crew, just wow! I am already telling friends and family what a great company you have. We will certainly use you again if we have more local moves! Thanks for providing us with a careful, cost-efficient (and below estimate!!) local move, we greatly appreciate it!

There were problems with the breakdown of the truck very close to the drop off point. I delivered cold drinks to the movers twice during the wait for a tow truck. The movers were very professional in their demeanor despite the heat and long wait. Once the load was unpacked there were two items that stayed on the truck. The office reassured me that the items would be found ASAP or compensation would be provided. I trust this will happen in a timely manner although the truck has yet to be returned to Tucson for it to be searched. Overall
It was a good move although it was about 4 hours too long.

For the most part I was very satisfied,

However after the men left I noticed a few things, not all furniture was butted up against the wall. Not all lamps were put together and plugged into wall, this was a small problem because the electric outlets were blocked by the furniture and I had a hard time moving them to plug in the lamp and then moving them back.

They moved us when it was 111degrees. Very difficult move but they did it

The movers were careful about little things such as making sure I had the pieces to reassemble furniture. They put everything where I asked and worked hard.

The men that arrived to move us were professional,courteous, friendly, and very quick. I was surprised how easy and efficient the moving process went for us. The movers made it go smoothly. No problems or issues!
