They came in got right to work, there was no chatting. I felt bad one of them had a cut on his nose from a branch of a tree and the first aid kit was already packed so I couldn’t help.

I am missing a boxed pair of Near outdoor speakers that were in the garage along with many other boxes. I have gone through all my boxes several times before I made this complaint. They are missing.

Overall experience was fine. Movers were right in time and professional. Even though the contract explicitly stated they were not covered, potted plants were not secured in the truck and fell over causing some minor damage.

Your men were OUTSTANDING! Couldn’t of asked for a better crew to move some very expensive studio gear, backline gear, and a medium size P.A. system! Only one caster was broken and I’m pretty sure it was going to go anyway. Highly recommend!! Keep on Rockin’ 2 Men & a Truck!!!

the problem I had with your company was lack of communication. The movers lost the screws to my bed and I was promised that they would rectify this problem and get my bed fixed for me. I then told them I needed to have my bed fixed by next Wed (which was exactly 1 week) and they assured me this would be done. After about 5 days off not hearing anything from your company I called to ask what was going on. The office staff was very kind and stated they would relay the message. I still didn't hear anything and the next day I had to call back again and I relayed my frustration and irritation of the lack of communication and once again they started they would relay my message to Oscar. I still never heard anything and my bed was not fixed on wed. Also the movers tipped over my bbq 5208188297

Very helpful at a really stressful time. One minor unfortunate breakage not due to aggressive handling but otherwise very competent and friendly..

I was satisfied with the move with the exception of a 4 in. tear in the screen door through which the belongings were moved. This is a property with heavy HOA restrictions and the damage has not yet been reported.

I was surprised that no coverings were put on floors with white carpets, and movers kept their shoes on nonetheless. (I would have expected the shoes, but not the lack of coverings.) Moreover, fingerprints were left on a white sofa. If it hadn't been for the fact that we were in the process of emptying one house and putting things in storage in another, all in preparation for leaving AZ the next morning, I would have called you and asked for an inspection of the sofa. I simply lacked the time and energy to do so.

From the move plan to the actual move, everyone from Two Men and a Truck kept me informed concerning all the aspects of my move. Although glass on my bookcase was secured, accidents happen. Paper work was immediately filled out and I expect someone to call for an appointment to fix it.

Your office gal was lovely, your moving team was great. Only a couple of boo boos - a broken glass panel in a piece of furniture and a very damaged agave plant that the truck backed into.
