I’ve used your team several times and been very happy. This last time the actual team that were on site we’re belligerent. I called the office team they resolve everything quickly but I was surprised to not see some sort of discount on my bill for this incident.

Jeffery and Derrick did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They called before coming to my house. They showed up in the time frame that was promised. They explained the process and paperwork. They were proficient and knowledgeable while moving my furniture. My move consisted of 3 stops. These 2 gentlemen are an asset to your company. I would request them again. Five Stars ????????

Your service is good but your pricing structure is not.

If you have $120 in for travel time that should not also be included in your hourly rate.

Then you up the time and then there is a line for gratuity. The $110 you travel and hour should pay them a good salary! it's kind of hard not to tip them when they are standing right there and have just busted their guts lifting heavy furniture. Paying

The office team and movers were exceptional. They are amazing people who work very hard and I am very thankful for them! This is a great company that does great work!

Excellent job by all three movers. Very polite, informative, patient and appropriate sense of humor. Felt that all items were handled very carefully and the loading and unloading was very professional and expedient.

The move was great! I recommend you to anyone looking for hard workers that care.

While the guys did a good job moving the heavy items, I did find multiple scratches on my items. Was disappointed to see that all my chairs were put in a box which probably scratched them since not wrapped. Most of my items were expensive oak and have scratches now.
