Our movers were right on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. We were packed and ready to go????. We are on the 2nd floor so it was not easy for them. My husband said they knew what they were doing and did it well. We have used Two Men and A Truck before and always been pleased with our service. The two guys were very polite and hard-working, but they did break our TV. I realize we didn't have the original packing, but that's probably true for many of your customers, so it would behoove you to find a better way to move TVs that aren't in the original box. Overall, we were happy with your service.

If you're ever in a bind again for a TV box, we do offer TV boxes at our South Scottsdale location to either rent or purchase. If you call in advance, we can even take the TV box out the day-of.
