The initial movers came by slightly late because your office did not give them the apartment number. Ray, Jacob and Nathan were excellent and were very strong, capable and efficient. They were nearly done when Jacob said he had to go to EMT school. A replacement driver was sent. Richard. His demeanor and attitude were poor. He became a stickler for "rules" which no one had told us about previous;y. This put a big crimp in the whole operation and left me, a 63 yr old, fat diabetic, to load an entire van by myself with goods way too heavy for me. Richard also seemed to think we could not pay and so wound up telling the office and shortening the whole deal. I was very upset about this. He also found a small Swiss Army knife in the truck. I told him it was my wife's & he pocketed it! Not good.

I was extremely nervous about this move but the team that came out was excellent. The office knew that we needed 3 men instead of 2 and I'm so glad because the move went faster. The crew that came out knew exactly how to wrap and move all of the furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition and quickly. We also had a heavy dresser and it was moved with no problems.
Matthew, the crew leader was amazing. He directed his team well. His years of experience showed in his knowledge of how to move each piece.
They made sure and took the extra step to place things where we wanted them. We will definitely use two men and a truck or refer them to others in the future.

The packers and movers were very professional and had a positive, even happy demeanor at all times. Moving day was especially trying as it was 12 hours. I would highly recommend.
