End-to-end, the move went perfectly. The office staff was efficient and kept me comprised of minor scheduling and manning changes that arose. The moving crew wasted no time getting the "lay of the land" and staging everything for loading the truck. They were careful but quick. At the destination, evrything went just a well and efficiently. They were a big help in getting the furniture placed.

My wife and I were surprised when movers arrived an hour before office team said they would in our booked 'Open Window' of 10 to 2 on March 11th. We had to rush to keep ahead of the loading of the truck.
Matt the driver slashed the time bringing stuff to the apt by his knowledge of the complex bring the truck to the service elevator, unlike your office's directions.
His team workied well together.

Got incorrect information on my move being “portal to portal” and not just for time in site since there was no transportation needed.
I was told I loud be billed in 15min increments, movers said 30 and charged my for extra time.
They went to the wrong address first, but counted that as travel time. Total “portal to portal” drive should have been no more than 20min. I was charged an hour.
