All in all, things went fine and the movers were curteous and did their job. The truck provided was much too large for what was being moved and caused the movers to have to offload in an area much further away from my apartment than was intended - which added a chunk of time to the move and cost. I can't really fault the company as I didn't specify the truck had to be a certain size to fit in the area intended for offload right near my apartment, but I figured a smaller truck or van would be used as I was only moving a bedroom set and home office.

I always move myself locally, but my new apartment was late getting their elevators certified. They went later and later, and in spite of paying rent in two places, I was unable to negotiate the 130 stair round trip. As they pushed closer to the end of the month, a friend volunteered to pay for a mover. I am 5 blocks from the facility!!! Final work on the elevator would be AFTER my last day in the old place. And only a week to decide. As close as I was, they were available on the 30th. I never have used movers. They gave advice but their performance exceeded it. I got three men and in 5 hours, they always ended up cheery, were as confused as I about the elevator, took care, performed miracles and kept smiling. EXCEPTIONAL service in 103 degree Arizona. Not one thing out of place

The guys that did the move worked hard, were friendly and made every effort to help me organize the unloading part of the process. It was really easy. Because of my situation I had a third man help and the recommendation and availability of this option was helpful. Recommend.
