The communication pre the move was consistent and courteous. The day of the move, the movers were really quite delightful! You could tell they worked well together, enjoyed each other's company in working together and I felt very comfortable having them move my personal belongings. It actually was a great experience! I would highly recommend this team and the company!

Carlos and Christian were efficient with their time, planning, and two very nice men who helped me through a very difficult time in my life with my mother's storage shed belongings and then dropping off my mom's couch with the remainder going to my home. Your staff and team show gentle care in the moving process. I was glad for 2 options for long distance move, to help budget. That is a great offering and should be promoted more because the cost savings is a bonus.

Movers loaded in a timely manner, except took 20 minutes to wrap 3 TVs and kitchen table(TVs were over-wrapped, and re-wrapped,and they were slow in doing so) Then Richard told me he would be less than 5 minutes behind me to new apt. I saw the truck go by my new address at 10:55am and not show up until 11:23am. I called and dispatch told me they stopped for a break and to get a drink(this should NOT have been on MY TIME!!)when they showed up and I talked to them they said they would adjust the bill. Richard said unloading should take an hour- it took over 2 hours! he put together my bed the wrong way and had to redo it, and I heard him say to other mover it was low-quality, which it was not, but not his business to say and insult me! I took off all wrapping to hurry them up.Very unhappy w job!
