I just thought they did a great job, they were both friendly I told them which things went on first because some of it wasn't marked. they started right up got the job done. A great team. I was very pleased. thank uou for you service.

Movers were slow
Took longer than last time. Had less and distance from doors to apartment much closer. Movers not as efficient as ones Iandacirc;??ve used before. They left a tool box but havenandacirc;??t contacted me to retrieve it

Extremely disappointed....movers were three hours late arriving.....unable to get ahold of office staff to know why they werenandacirc;??t there as promised. No return call....5 to 6 messages left. Movers were good once they arrived. Office staff who called next day was not interested in my terrible experience. You lost a customer for life.

Overall a good experience, but I was told I could keep items in dresser drawers and a small one drawer desk. The movers moved my dresser and desk andquot;on endandquot; which caused a HUGE problem since the top 2 small drawers of my dresser contain jewelry. After delivery, the jewelry was ALL OVER and I had to remove all the drawers and disentangle my jewelry and get it put back away. This took me a long time and I wasn't happy about it. My small desk had the same problem! You should mention in your pre-move letter that the movers will be moving dressers on end so people can prepare and pack what is necessary. Other than this problem, we were happy overall, although I do think it was a little expensive. The movers themselves were great!
