My wife and I were more then pleased with the service from the first phone call to the two guys showing up ON TIME ready to work. We were both very pleased with the amount of professionalism displayed by the two men! They worked fast moving out things but were very careful not to damage property or belongings. I will be telling everybody I know and will use again if and when we move again. Again, thanks to the two guys who moved my family I couldn’t have asked for better guys!!!!

Paying $139/ hr felt I should have gotten exceptional movers with more than a year or 2 of experience. They were not very motivated considering we were paying the exceptional rate. There was no value in what we received. I'm moving again next week and have opted to use another company. I have used two men and a truck on 2 prior occasions and found the services a true value because I had experienced movers, and they were thoughtful of the hourly rate. Will not recommend your services to anyone, nor will I use your services again.

Everything was great. The only negative is that I had to pay for a two hour minimum, even though I am a repeat customer, to move some furniture in my home and it only took 30 minutes. So I paid $350 to move three pieces of furniture. :(

Our moving team was great. Not only did they take great care of our property but they were just place nice people to be around. We enjoyed the banter between us and their fun was contagious. Its darn her work but they never let you know it. Their expertise in packing that truck was outrageous. We enjoyed the day. Thanks again.

Very nice staff, but they didn't have the necessary tools on hand. And frankly, I thought it took longer than expected. Also, nothing they packed was marked, so unpacking will be a NIGHTMARE. Nice personal, but apparently be lacking in training.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided. However, a few things set me back a little. One of our movers(I believe his name was Brennan) was absolutely phenomenal. He was friendly, funny, and efficient. Freddy was our other mover. He was nice as well but seemed to be working much slower than our other mover. Considering we are getting charged an hourly rate as a customer, I would appreciate the movers doing what they can to be quick and safe. I felt as though he was lagging behind a little. At the very end, he asked us “would you like to tip card or cash?” Which was absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. I work in a service industry as well and would NEVER ask my clients to tip. We were planning to, but the fact that Freddy asked us to tip was extremely rude and unprofessional.

We were repeat customers and I was disappointed with the late arrival. The movers were two hours late. In the summer months starting early is critical. Starting before 8am would have been nice - but then to not show up until 10am after being told they would be there at 8am, was incredibly disappointing. It is questionable if we use your company again. The guys themselves were great.
