They dropped two items of furniture off the dolly and ramp. When brought to their attention, they said, well furniture was wrapped so it is fine. They marked and chipped the house I moved out of. I was told they are trained professionals, and they proved otherwise.

The movers were on time, respectful, quick and efficient. The cost was great. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is i still have not been contacted to have a repair made on a table that was damaged in the move and the next day we discovered the tool box waa tipped causing all the tools to fall into the drawer slides and we still cannot open them two weeks latee. Very poor follow up on what could have been 5 star service.

Everything went well. I didnt check everything though and have some glass missing from my curio cabinet. The movers said the glass was delivered but it was not. Later the office did find one of the pieces but 2nd piece still missing so they said they would keep 1st piece to use as a template to get 2nd piece made. They also put a mark on the new flooring in the bedroom but the office said they will repair. Not sure how that will be done. The guys moving the furniture were very nice, mannered and took care of the furniture. Just wish the glass did not end up missing.

The movers broke a light cover and no one ever followed up to replace as promised. The movers did not put one of the beds together and just left it half set up.

We had an item (ps4) stolen from our delivery. It was packaged in the PS4 box however was not delivered and conveniently could not be found. Also, the movers disassembled my desk and was unable to reassemble. We weren’t told this at the end of the move. While management was willing to reassemble if we could locate the manual we were unable to locate a manual online. They should not disassemble furniture if there are not sure how to reassemble, but more importantly stealing is unacceptable and I will be filing a formal grievance with outside bureaus and possibly a police report for my stolen item. We should have moved it ourselves, so lesson learned but still it doesn’t give them the right to steal our PS4. The item was not delivered YET they do recall seeing it.

The younger man of the two dropped 3 boxes. He man handled everything. One time we heard glass breaking but we won’t know until we move again. Most of our stuff is in storage.

The team was friendly and moved everything within a timely manner; however, I wish they would have taken a little more time and care since I discovered damage to one of the walls in my old apartment after returning to do a final cleaning and hand in keys.

They packed and delivered in excellent time. My only disappointment was that some of my furniture got chipped (foot board of sleigh bed) and that expensive Murano glass was packed with books and some of the boxes were not labeled.

Overall I was actually really happy with the move. It was only after, when inspecting the damage done, that I started being unhappy. They scratched paint, they dinged walls, had to get the painters to retouched a lot. Also, my TV! I actually inspected it the day of the move and it looked fine but I couldn’t find the power cord. After almost a week of digging through all the boxes, found the power cord and the tv had a HUGE crack in it that was ONLY visible when turned on because the screen’s surface was fine, but it was cracked on the inside. When I called them they said there was nothing they could do. Since the refund rate is by weight, they probably only would have given me $15. For the $2k + I spent, they couldn’t even give me $15 for breaking my TV? Alright, but it cost you a customer

Mover was very nice, polite & worked hard. However they lost my piece of bed frame & now mattress is laying on the floor. Very unfortunate. I’ve let office lady know, but haven’t heard since.
