I think we should have been charged for 3 hours. A car crash on the way from one location to the other cost some time and a neighbor needing the truck moved cost some time. I think this should just be a wash. And charged for 3 hours even.

Amber, the person I spoke to was lovely, the moving team was fine. The damages to my walls was however unacceptable. We will be out more than we paid for the move in repairs. Walls and door jams nothing was safe. Moved out of a spotless apartment into a brand new home that we spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on, just to have to repair it.
