The office team was extremely accommodating. I had a tight timeline and limited availability to contact, and the team still managed to make my move as simple and stress-free as possible. The moving team was also excellent. They showed up on time, moved my stuff extremely fast and efficiently, and were very polite and professional as well. The fantastic service was absolutely worth the money.

I have too much to say to explain the lack of experience & communication. Not only between the office & I but between the office & moving team. They didnt come prepared at all. Had to send someone to deliver bubble wrap. I requested this at the time I paid over the phone. Didn't know how to securely wrap up the item. I did 50% of their work that I paid for & I didn't feel confident at all........

They were extremely efficient, courteous & professional. Ivebised them to move before & would definitely use them again.

I chose a service you stated you provide, but did not. The crew did not know how to put a bed together after taking it apart. Robert, GM at the office, issued one hour of credit and sent two people back out, taking another hour and not completing the job. After stating he would issue a second credit to resolve the situation, Robert in fact, did not issue such credit. Terrible experience.

The 3 boys we had were amazing and efficient! it was a hot day to take things up 3 floors and they did it with no complaints. They were just so positive and eager to help out even more if we needed it. Appreciate you guys!

The 3 movers were excellent. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. They also treated my 90 yr old father with much respect. He is a disabled Korean war veteran. Both my father and myself would highly recommend these 3 individuals . When we move anything again we want 2 men and a truck and these 3 movers. They also thanked my dad for his military service. A plus for sure

Kevin and his team were on time, professional, polite, worked great together, respected me and my property, and had me picked up, packed, loaded and unloaded in my new apartment in minimal time. Totally enjoyed their company while they worked. Great Team.
