Things were left behind so now I have to drive 2 hours to meet them to get the rest.April was awesome. I have to wait until 8 days after the move for them to meet me. They left my pillows! :(

From the first phone call I made, Stephanie was so helpful, explained everything to me and promptly sent me the information and pricing I needed. The two men who moved me were so quick, careful with my items and extremely polite. I had stairs they had to move everything up to and it was not an easy task but they never complained or made me feel like it was an inconvenience to them. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again or refer you to friends andamp; family. Thank you!

They moved my daughter last summer and I was very impressed by this company so they were the only company I considered when I was moving. They are courteous, prompt, careful, fast and their prices are reasonable! I would not hesitate to recommend them! Job well done Two Men and a Truck!!

EXCELLENT overall experience! I liked the idea of a 'dedicated move'; ie., only my furnishings were transported and I had the same two people from start to finish. I liked being in touch with my movers during the interstate transport. Jerrod and Anthony were friendly, respectful and hard workers; they wasted NO time in loading/unloading. They worked very well together as a team. They worked proficiently and quietly. I was amazed at Jerrod's ability to remember where certain pieces of furnishings were placed from one location to another. My only suggestion would be to provide them with more training in unpacking. However, this was the first time I had ever requested unpacking so I didn't know exactly what to expect; I give them the benefit of the doubt in that area.

Overall the experience was OK. The movers showed up on time and were efficient. It wasn't until recently that I discovered some damage to a leather Eurolounger (fold-out sleeper). I will be contacting the local office to see about some compensation / refund for repairing the damage to that piece of furniture. I have photos.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Nicole was excellent explaining everything. Xavier and Levi were superb! They were positive, professional, extremely helpful, and moved fast. I was and am still amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. I never heard a negative comment from either of them during our move. They also were communicative explaining their plan and providing updates throughout the process. Incredible team that made for a very good experience. Thank you Nicole, Xavier, and Levi! You guys and gal are rockstars!!!!

The truck was too small, which required the men to make two trips, and added approximately 1-1/2 hours (traveling back and forth) to their day (which, I was charged for). I feel that because Two Men and a Truck came out and conducted an on-site survey prior to the move, they should have brought a larger truck which would have eliminated the need for this additional time, and because of the fact that they didn't, I shouldn't have received this additional 1-1/2 hours charge. I asked to me contacted by the Phoenix Operations Manager to discuss this, and I am still waiting to receive his call. Very disappointing...

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience a few days ago, and assure you that customer satisfaction is always top-of-mind with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. After reviewing your concerns with our staff, we would like to point out that your original estimate showed our truck was estimating about 85% full based on the items you told our In Home Consultant would need to be moved. On the day of the move, there were items added to the inventory list, which caused our truck to fill up, and require a second trip. Had we known you wanted to move these items ahead of time, we would have recommended adding a second truck to make your move go more smoothly and quickly. Our Operations Manager Chris is going to reach out to you, if he has not already.</div>
