The three guys worked the entire time. Never complained. Had a good attitude. Also, the one in charge - I think his name was Brendan? was very organized with our move. Great job to all three.

Really appreciated Nicole helping us with the initial home assessment and scheduling. She is a great representative of your company. Assessment representative was very polite, well dressed, and professional. Moving team were very friendly and great listeners. They worked very hard and I was impressed with their care of our belongings, and their efficiency and organization. They were outstanding at asking where our belongings needed to be placed- very appreciated. Really enjoyed their service, and will definitely hire them again.

The packing part of the move was no where near acceptable. 2 drawers, a cupboard and a bath chair were missed in packing. the movers had to be told to pack them. they were surprised that they missed them when they were told. its as if they had not done the packing part before. they did pack things properly as far as i could tell. Watching them pack the truck they seemed very unorganized. I've hired many movers and packers over the years and they seemed very new and inexperienced. They did treat the boxes and furniture with respect.

The team that came by was excellent. Their interaction between them, their coordinated efforts and spacial abilities when placing our items to get the most use of our storage facility was excellent. Two men and a truck was awesome! They. Came they moved quickly and packed my home up carefully. My one complaint was that they had an arrival window of 1-4pm and they didn’t arrive until after 5. No phone call or anything. Around 4:45 I called the office and the girl said they’re out to lunch. It it’s fine. I know they need to eat but a simple courtesy call to let us know they are running behind and not to expect them till 5 or so would have beeen nice.

Very friendly staff. Movers did a great job moving our belongings from a house to an upstairs condo without any damage to our belongings. There were some marks on the walls in the stairway but they readily compensated us for that.
