I don't appreciate the helper texting on my dime. Caught him 3 times. The boys were very helpful to US when we got to the new home. Asked them to help move some furniture from the house. Very helpful. I didn't like the fact that a lot was put on the truck on its side. They did not get all of our stuff moved. Few items were left behind.

Often in order to get items to fit into the truck we do have to put things on their sides, but we always carefully pad and wrap to make sure no damage is done. Our movers are not allowed to do any personal texting or phone calls during a move, however sometimes they need to communicate with our office, for example, if everything won't fit into the truck. The team (Xavier, Matt D, Dewey) were professional yet personable. They were 'on time' and did a superb job. Would highly recommend them.
When I first called the lady at the 'home' office gave me some wrong info and charged me a down payment but the lady in the local office (Gilbert, Az) caught that and called and took care of the problem stating that a down payment is never required. I greatly appreciated that.

Everything went well before and during my move. Stephanie coordinated everything and she was friendly and easy to work with. The guys, Landon, Travis, and James were really efficient. They impressed me by working together and doing everything they could to move a sofa that seemed impossible to get into my new place. It was a very expensive sofa that I would have had to get rid of otherwise, but they got it in! They were all very professional. I was pleased with my experience and would hire two men and a truck again.
