Quoted 4.5 hrs per CSR rep. but took 9 hrs!

Movers broke a tile on the floor of the new home and when assembling the bed they did so very loosely; to the point where moving the bed slightly broke the frame. The movers should have checked the stability of the bed if your company offeres it disassembled and reassembled. To that point, the movers were not equipped with adequate tools to take down beds. They had to ask us for tools and realistically should have a set of company-provided power tools to shave off time and keep customers happy and within their expected quote. There are also a few dings in walls but that's nothing.

The movers were polite, awesome guys. They worked diligently. They likely don't get paid enough for what they have to deal with and should get raises.

The movers were in too much of a hurry to get done once we were at our destination. They did not level my washing machine and a foot was broken off of an antique stereo cabinet.They were very nice when packing my house. But in too much of a hurry to unload my property. I was a bit dis appointed.

Two pieces were damaged. Not sure how we will repair them.
Both had large chips in wood.

All went well, really well.
One small ding on kitchen table. The move was done on Saturday and on Monday a gentleman was dispatched to fix same. It doesn't get any better than that.

The guys were super courteous and professional. Asked questions if they weren’t sure about someone. Just a couple of things. One, parts were lost for my daughter’s bed. He called and let us know and we replaced, but would rather they weren’t lost. Secondly, a hunk of stucco was taken out of front door area. They may not have even noticed, but it is very visible. Hoping builder will fix for me, but if not, may need help fixing. Would still use again. Would just prefer no damage or loss.

Had 2men move 2 beds, washer, dryer, and a dresser. They lost a piece of my bed and failed to put a piece back the other bed. It has been a week and a half and I’m still waiting for the missing bed piece.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences. Hired a pack and move for last Thursday and two guys show up with no boxes or anything. No issue mistakes happen but even from that point on it was a struggle. Then at billing time they try to charge 4 additional hours. First day they started at 1:30 they listed 11:30. 2nd day they start at 8:30 form lists 7:45. Such a shame used this company once before and it was a great experience.

Ps. Workers should prob not mention there is a memeber of the moving crew that has prior man slaughter charges now working for you guys.

Setting up the move was great, movers were very good at communicating with me and showed up as expected and did a great job. In the course of moving my furniture out they did break a piece of trim on the flooring of my home (mistakes happen, not upset about this). My only complaint is from after the move when attempts to contact the company and have them resolve my damaged property they have not been responsive and not returning my phone calls. I'd rather deal with a company that communicates with me and helps me resolve issues than one that ignores me once they've collected my payment.

Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged and holes put in walls

My dad hired Two Men and a Truck to unload our truck when we moved here and they did a great job so I chose to hire the for this move.
I am so very disappointed! I have fragile souvenirs from Disneyland that were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed securely in a box. They are broken. Before you think I don't know how to pack and move, I have moved every 3 yrs as a kid and as an adult 6 to 7 years. Someone saw the way I packed things and commented you would think I was moving miles and not a block.
There are still boxes at the house they didn't move, they told me I could move them in my car, 2 are too big.
I am extremely dissatisfied.
