1/2 of the crew was very good, the other 1/2 was poor quality. This was a remove from where you moved us in 18 months previous and we only added 1 piece of furniture but this move took 4 hours longer than the previous move. In addition I was told by one of the movers that "they do NOT reassemble the beds which the took apart (way more than needed) to move (thus adding to the time to complete). I had onde desk completely destroyed and in process of replacing and one other Armoire broken in 2 places (supposedly being repaired) and multiple broken items packed in boxes individually wrapped (way more breakage than in the previous 3 moves by you.

Ricky and Dalton were excellent movers. They were polite and efficient. We had everything prepared before they got there and they helped us to move quickly and efficiently. The final time ended up being lower than the initial estimate, which saved me a bit on the final cost. There was little damage to our items. I would recommend this service for anyone looking to move in a tight schedule, as long as they are willing to prep beforehand in order to speed the process up.

Team showed up on time and had a great attitude. I ended up tipping well even after they broke one of my glass antique windows. My brother told me after they left that the guy tryed hiding it and ended up only saying something because he walked up on him. They rushed me at the end to sign my paperwork so I didn't go through house and I wish I would have. There was a whole in the wall in the stair well and they didn't put the center feet of my mattress frame in. I sat on my bed and in caved in the center. I also could not then find the feet so I had to purchase new ones. They had great personalities and the reputation of co. I trusted they would take care of me but they didn't. I really wish I didn't tip them as much as I did nor signed off that they were done with no issues.

The movers were very slow, taking a lot of smoke breaks, and spent a lot of time on their phones. The dropped a couple boxes off the truck and broke a 6 piece candle holder. They were not careful bring items into our brand new house dinging walls and doors. They had a very bad attitude as well.

Jason (That was his name I believe) was great. He was quick on his feet and friendly. The other mover was pretty useless. In the time that his partner could go up and down the stairs twice he inched up and complained about his back hurting. I have a herniated disk in my back (Hence why I hired movers) and I was moving items right along with them. I purchased a mattress cover but ended up with black all over the ends.

I feel like I hired a man and a quarter (and that’s being generous) I would highly recommend that Jason gets a new partner... because he did 80% of the work.

The attitude of the lead guy (Hunter) was the main problem. He actually laughed when I brought up there were more damages to our bar stools. Related to the damages—-There were very heavy black stains on a sleeper couch and 6 kitchen table chairs and also 3 matching bar stools. All items were in pristine condition prior to moving. Two Men did have a cleaning company come out 2 days later to clean them however the couch didn’t come completely clean. This was a huge disappointment considering our past great experience using them, albeit in a different state. I would stay away from them here in Phoenix at the very least.

It’s was a difficult job - however I did try to express the job and all my concerns before booking. The truck wasn’t able to go up the drive and it didn’t have a lift like I had requested. Had to wait for them to get another truck. The guys were frustrated and threatened to leave my stuff in the middle of the street and leave despite strangers walking by offering to help. A manager showed up- didn’t even introduce himself and say one word to me. The property got damaged and he ignored it. Didn’t offer an apology or anything. Very rude. I asked for a call Saturday. Wednesday still didn’t receive one so I called - was told they would call back Friday. It’s monday still no call. Unprofessional!!!!

We had 3 movers come out, we had tons of boxes and large furniture. They handled the furniture with ease packing to protect it then unpacking at the destination. They were efficient and hard working. They asked me if there was anything they could move or do before they were done. It was amazing and well worth the money. Thank you.

The packing service and was disappointing. Very little protection and wrapping was used. One member of the team was argumentative. 3 pounds chocolate was packed. Why? bar. They were melted and taken by the team as evidence. They were hard workers and accomplished a lot in the timeframe that they had. I wished they would have been better at packing our belongings, using common sense and interacting with my family. We have completed the form that was emailed to me to be reimbursed for the damage. I have heard from no one.

The crew arrived early, which was great, for the most part they took good care of my furniture. What they did was drop and scratch up a couple pieces of furniture, 1 kinda bad (office desk), the other was they were just in a hurry and didn't pay attention, office filing cabinet, my cloth couch they dragged through the door way which got it really dirty, they didn't wrap it up like the leather couch. But for the most part they did a good job. I would use them again, but next time I'd ask them to be more careful with ALL of my belongings.
