Although in the whirlwind of packing and loading, a few things are buried and lost atm when I had asked not to pack them, but that's probably my fault for not having everything prepackaged at that point.
Its minor criticism to the amazing job done.

I have always been pleased with this company and have used you several times. Staff has always been helpful and friendly - and done good work. This last move I was only disappointed a little when I was told that 2 Men could move a rock fountain (very heavy - even supplied pictures) and upon arrival could not move it - leaving me with having to research another company to complete the task. I was a little upset that they first told me they could do it and then later realized they couldn't. Anyway, I would still use you for all moving experiences and will continue to recommend you to any others. I still feel you are the company to call for any moving situations.

Excellent customer service from the scheduling end to the movers. The latter went ABOVE and beyond to help me with whatever I needed....without hesitation, and happily! Will definitely recommend this company. Parker and Wallace were great!

It was an overall great experience. The drivers were courteous, fast and respectful.

Movers were very polite and kind. They worked really hard and I can imagine what a tough job it was, but not everything was wrapped as I had discussed with the office staff. The big items like dresser, bed and china cabinet were wrapped (not fully thought), but the small table and chairs were not. The mattresses were not put into mattress bags as discussed. I literally saw one of the movers even dragging it on the floor throughout the hallway. That's pretty disgusting that I have to have my mattress cleaning the floor. There were lots of scratches because not everything was wrapped up. Again, I appreciate that this work is physical and tough but let us know up front that it won't be to our liking and we would've decided if it works for us or not. This move wasn't cheap and for it not to be as promised leaves a bad taste in our mouth.
