James and Jarom were perfect. They showed up on time a handledour belongings with care.

The movers were courteous , worked fast, and were careful with my belongings.
I would rate the whole experience as excellent except for one thing. My white hostess chairs are dirty. In my past move, they wrapped them in plastic to protect them. The movers did put a movers blanket over them, but it was evidently dirty.

Everything the office staff employee Tasha helped me with was perfect. She was informative and very accurate. Working well with my moving situation as it had changed twice, Tasha was able to reconfigure pricing for me easily. The managers whom gave me the estimates were very professional and did a great job of inventory. The moving staff was good. All very friendly. I was a little concerned with how long it took to pack up the trucks after I had most everything organised. The leader was great and very truthful when a piece of furniture was broken. He did not hesitate to bring it to my attention. I feel that a third truck would not have been needed had the guys been more organised with their strategy. The movers forgot to pack support beams to my bed and I had to go back and take care of it

We had a great experience! Very professional and efficient. The only improvement would be that the movers should carry spare boxes on the truck just in case the customer needs to buy some last minute like we did.
