This was my second experience using Two Men and a Truck because I knew the level of service that I had received prior- which was stellar! This time however, was different. My bed was not assembled (bed frame, box spring, mattress and headboard were all leaning against the wall) as they were when I previously moved. My boxes were placed right in the middle of my walkways instead of off to the side so we could still move around. When the office staff called me to ask about my experience, I expressed my frustration and they told me they wanted to correct this for me. This was two weeks ago, and I have not been contacted since regarding my experience.
Thankfully I wonandamp;acirc;t be moving again since I bought a home, but I wonandamp;acirc;t refer anyone to the company if they wonandamp;acirc;t follow through on their word.

The movers worked very hard moving heavy items and boxes into an upstairs condo, and completed the move as quickly and carefully as possible. I was very impressed their work and help setting up my new home. Five stars, guys!

Jasmine was the office staff that quoted me a price and explained everything in advance of the service and the day of service. The truck team was running behind schedule the day of service and Jasmine communicated with me and assured me I would not be held responsible for the drive time because now it would be during rush hour traffic. This was accurate when I paid my bill. Max and Micha, my moving team, were awesome. They were careful, efficient and pleasant to work with. Everything was handled perfectly - no damages. Thank you!

The whole experience was great. Having been in the transportation business for many many years and knowing local moves are based on an hourly rate, I did feel as if the guys andquot;over-wrappedandquot; the items with plastic; which took, in my opinion, 1.5 hours longer than the move should've taken. Otherwise they did an awesome job and I was very pleased.

Aside from the movers being a little late, the experience was great. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quick. All of our items were properly taken care of and the team was pleasant to work with.

Very professional team who took care of my items as if they were their own. When faced with challenges of moving larger items they worked together as a team to ensure they could move the item safely. Their service was transformational rather than transactional. Will use this company again.
