Setting up my move was very easy. The instructions on when and how the move was to take place were clear to both parties and were executed exactly the way I requested and the price was fair and reasonable. The young men that worked on my pack up and move were all very nice and receptive to my suggestions or special instructions about handling my property. Overall I am very pleased with my move.

The quote was astronomically low and at the end of the day it was more than twice the quote. Then the amount of stuff to still be moved was unacceptable. I’m still moving the remainder of the items that supposedly couldn’t fit in the truck. I had pointed out several items that must be moved with their large truck and none of them were packed. Now I have no way to transport. I should have known better because the previous move furniture had been broken walls had to be repaired and I must’ve forgotten the continual adding on of charges.

We had one little mishap with a very old dressing table having the leg snap off and then the mirror broke.. They immediately wrote up a repair report and are taking care of everything. I was very impressed how good they were about the issue. It really wasn't their fault as the dressing table is very old. I am impressed with the team leader and how courteous all the employees were. We bought them lunch as they were such a wonderful crew.
