Hi, I wasn't the person who scheduled your company and that person isn't in today, so I gave credit on the office part, but I was here on the day they did the moving and I will say they did an excellent job! They showed up on time and even slightly early, but called to ask permission to come early. They worked fast, but very carefully. Both men were courteous and overall did a great job!

My move was not properly scheduled. At time of appointment I called in and was assured they were on their way within 30 minutes. After an hour I called and found out it was never scheduled. Person should have checked the first time I called. Now they could not come for another 4 hours. After 4 hours I called again and was told they would call me 30 minutes before they arrive. Again the person never really checked and 15 minutes later I get a call that they are at the office, but I was not and even received a call. Office people should not just make stuff up off the top of their head, they need to double check. I wasted a half a day because of incompetence. They guys that arrived were fast and competent. The rest of the move went well.

HORRIBLE. BROKEN FURNITURE AND NO FOLLOW UP. I WILL HAVE TO FILE WITH MY INSURANCE TO COVER ALL THE DAMAGE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE MOVERS WERE NICE BUT, THEY SAID THE SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL THAT DAY. HE NEVER DID. I'VE LEFT MESSAGES WITH THE COMPANY WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.

The movers were very professional and polite. My move was stressful as I am in in the process of a divorce. So needless to say, it was also emotional. The movers made this experience less stressful and it was one less thing I had to worry about. They were fast, careful, and courteous. They were also very friendly, which was something that I truly appreciated during this time. I had friends over helping me move my televisions so it was a little crazy. However, the movers never let that get in the way of their job and were complete understanding. I have to move in a year and will absolutely use them again. I was referred to other companies, but I am happy that I decided to use Two Men again.

Best movers I’ve ever used. They are courteous and professional.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was outstanding. The men they sent to move our belonging took such good care of our furniture prepping it for the move, and the 100 miles to our new home. They dismantled the furniture that needed to fit out the door and put it back together when it arrived. I never heard one complaint as they were carrying heavy furniture and boxes down a flight of stairs. Whatever you are paying those guys it probably isn't enough. Matt B, Robert and Rene never took a break from start to finish - a great group of guys to be sure.

The office staff was very helpful in answering my questions when I first called the office. The follow up with a quote was very fast. The day of the move, the movers had the wrong address so they were late. They arrived without items that would have been helpful in moving desks and file cabinets as discussed when booking the move date. The 2 movers did the best they could but there was a definite lack of communication somewhere. I was still billed full price for less service. A manager came out after the move was complete. In the future, a manager could have come out earlier and brought the necessary items to his crew.
