The move was successfully and I'm satisfied with the service. BUT there was damage to the headboard of my bed. I hope it gets taken care of. Thank you

Overall, they did a great job with my move. One lamp broke during the move but everything else went well.

I really am overall with Two men and a truck. The office team and movers were great and friendly. The only problem was that the movers mistakenly lost the end caps for the bed slats thus we can't sleep on our bed until they arrive from an international destination, which is the only place you can find them. It's an inconvenience, but I know it was an honest mistake on their part.

Over all the service was good except they broke one of my dinning room table leg. The company was able to fixed it in 1 1/2 week.

My refrigerator was damaged. I have that in writing. I was told that you would contact me with 3 days or so to deal with the problem. No one has contacted me after 10 days. I expected better service and communication from a local company that touts their professional training and commitment to serving customers.
I liked the young men who did the moving and tipped them $50.00 apiece. I understand that mistakes and damage unintentionally occurs but am sorry that no follow-up has been undertaken by your company. I want to give TMAAT good reviews but cannot do so unless you correct the problem.

The website was challenging to use to get an accurate quote. I was unable to really spit in how much furniture I had. I unfortunately had an inexperienced office worker who helped me through the process. She we very friendly, but didn’t explain the costs well. When I reached out to clarify the quote, I was told the estimate included loading and unloading. That office member who answered my question never pulled up my quote to before answering my question. Sooo my quote was half of what I actually paid. BIG shock! The movers were absolutely amazing though. I had a small nick on a table and the repair was fast and the work was impeccable.

The team that showed up did not have tools to disassemble my bedframe, even though the bed was on the moving list. They waited until it was the only remaining item before explaining the problem and asking me if I had tools, which was a bit funny since everything including my toolbox had been loaded into the truck! Eventually I called a friend who brought over her tools so they could finish. After they set up the bed in my new apartment, I saw that they left out some parts sitting next to the bed! I had to asked them to reassemble it. Somehow in the process they scratched up the bedframe, and I later discovered they scratched up the wall and door at the unit I was vacating, most likely with the bedframe. The team was very nice but obviously did not have sufficient training or equipment.

This was first time I moved in 15 years. The guys were prompt, communicative, courteous and treated my belongings respectfully. They were also very flexible during the moving process as there was some coordination between two pick up locations. They were focused on completing the job and finished on time, despite 2 staircases at my new place. Thank you for such tremendous work!

The guys were great. They worked really hard going up and down three flights of stairs.
