I know the franchisee from prior work experience, so I know his character, attention to detail, customer service attitude and honesty. His team's performance reflects his values, as all members of the crew were exceptional. The move was long distance and was done exactly as they promised. I would absolutely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The moving team was on time, efficient, friendly, patient, responding to my requests professionally and courteously. The moving team made certain to protect the surfaces of the home we were leaving and the new home we were moving into. They handled my extremely heaving furniture and a heavy glass topped table with care as if it was their own. Tasi and his other two men were fun to work with, good natured and worked well together as a team. The office staff always responded pleasantly and courteously to my queries. Thank you for your great service and reasonable prices.

Moving is dreadful. But the two men that were responsible for my move were terrific. They moved quickly, with purpose and were respectful of my property. I had many guitars that needed to be moved and I was very nervous about that. They moved them as if they were their own. Moves never go perfectly...but this one did, Not one issue. On top of that, they were a half hour quicker than the lower end of the estimate. Well done.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent all the way around! Emily helped coordinate this move in the most professional and knowledgeable way possible. think you should promote her, yet keeping her with customer service (some capacity). She is truly an asset. My move was seamless, from pick-up to storage to delivery. All this happened with me being out of state. Would I use Two Men and a Truck again? You bet I would, in a heart beat.

The first day was excellent. The second day Kyle was a replacement and seemed aggitated , irritated and left several heavy items behind apparently for us to move ourselves, which we did. Afternoon he was replaced by Tassie to unload truck. All went smoothly for the balance of move. We’re hard working and very helpful without taking lunch break. We have not heard from anyone on broken items.
