The leadership team might want to consider how many avaliable employees are available for the daily schedule. The movers were great and friendly but we were getting burned out early due to a missing 3rd mover. 1 more body would have made a huge difference. They worked their butts off!

Candice in the office was excellent. Very polite and informative. Isaac and Tasa on the truck were great. Both very hard working and respectful of my things. Mostly large bulky items they handled well taking to storage. I will request them again when I move my things into my home when completed.

Absolutely inept office team. Bad at basic math, bad at communication, bad at basic technology like telephones and texting, and bad at estimating total cost. I will never use this company again. I called the office for a post-move followup and could not reach anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. First, the move execution of the move based on your survey and our moving team went very well, so thank you for appreciating our movers. You did receive an estimate detail sheet along with a pre-move letter that you signed off. The estimate was 2-4 hours and the actual time billed was 2 hours so our office team was correct in their estimate. The issue was you thought you were getting your deposit back and as communicated in the calls and the documents you signed, the deposit is applied to your final bill. So my office team did exactly what they are trained to do. Thank you for th feedback but our moving team and office team did what they are trained to do.

Our moving team, Bailey and Keymond, were absolutely the BEST! We used them to move our furniture and belongings out of the house into our garage as part of a remodeling project. We were so happy with their job performance! They were very courteous and polite. They took great caution with all of our items. When it’s time to move everything back in, we will definitely request them!
