Had a very heavy item that needed to go up a narrow staircase and in no way did I think it was possible. Two Men and Truck looked at the pictures and said they could do it. I still had my doubts but figured we at least have to let them try. They were very professional in every way and communicated every step of the way. When they arrived they already had a plan and safely delivered the item.

So when we move we always use two men and a truck because we trust them with our personal and household items. The integrity of your crew is amazing! Honest and caring individuals for sure! This last time the driver in charge was instrumental in disassembling and reassembling a very expensive hospital bed. We are impressed with his ability to take care of something very important for us! Good job!

This was a mess really, from start to finish (minus the great work of the movers). Emmy misquoted me, you guys tried to charge me hundreds more. A person named Lorna at your offices charged my card - without my consent (after they asked for it), and your manager Ian/Ethan at your Tempe offices was absolutely not helpful in anyway to resolve any of the mess that Two Men & A Truck did to me.

Based on the recorded call Emmy quoted you 2 hrs of labor plus a travel charge with an estimated cost of $565. This was exactly in line with what was charged on your card of $510.00. We always strive to exceed customer expectations and in this case our moving team completed the move with estimate and our Sales Team delivered an accurate estimate based on the items you told her.
