The team that showed up did not have tools to disassemble my bedframe, even though the bed was on the moving list. They waited until it was the only remaining item before explaining the problem and asking me if I had tools, which was a bit funny since everything including my toolbox had been loaded into the truck! Eventually I called a friend who brought over her tools so they could finish. After they set up the bed in my new apartment, I saw that they left out some parts sitting next to the bed! I had to asked them to reassemble it. Somehow in the process they scratched up the bedframe, and I later discovered they scratched up the wall and door at the unit I was vacating, most likely with the bedframe. The team was very nice but obviously did not have sufficient training or equipment.

This was first time I moved in 15 years. The guys were prompt, communicative, courteous and treated my belongings respectfully. They were also very flexible during the moving process as there was some coordination between two pick up locations. They were focused on completing the job and finished on time, despite 2 staircases at my new place. Thank you for such tremendous work!

The guys were great. They worked really hard going up and down three flights of stairs.

I haven’t unpacked yet and so can’t tell whether anything was broken in the process but they seemed respectful and conscientuous of each item.

Matt Malcom and Ryan were very professional. They were very efficient and took very good care of my furniture. They were pleasant and hard working. Will use this company again.

Lui, Malcolm and Rene were excellent and moved our belongings efficiently and with great care. They deserve a huge thank you!
The office was also very helpful explaining all of our options and touching base prior to our move. I would strongly recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

Great job! The movers, Kenton and Beau were excellent and very kind and helpful. They took care with our belongings but were also very quick. It also came out exactly about how much it was assessed at. They were very polite, respectful and professional. I would definitely hire again! Thank you.

Once I called in for a quote everything went very smooth. The agent I talked to was very personable and a pleasure to speak with. The Truck arrived on time and the gentlemen worked very hard and took great care to explain how they were going to protect everything as they loaded it.
I have moved to many time to count, but this was the smoothest experience we have ever had. Shawn and Lui were the best!

I would have personally rated Aries & Coutney Excellent! And Mohammed Poor. He needs improvement on his CSR skills. I found him to be disorganize!!! Dont know why he turned over my dresser and night stand to move. The previous movers with your company moved it right side up.??? I would request for Aries and Kourtney on my next move.

All three of my movers were friendly and worked very hard and in a timely manner. Everything was delivered safe and sound. I've used Two Men several times before and will always choose this company when moving.
