Absolutely inept office team. Bad at basic math, bad at communication, bad at basic technology like telephones and texting, and bad at estimating total cost. I will never use this company again. I called the office for a post-move followup and could not reach anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. First, the move execution of the move based on your survey and our moving team went very well, so thank you for appreciating our movers. You did receive an estimate detail sheet along with a pre-move letter that you signed off. The estimate was 2-4 hours and the actual time billed was 2 hours so our office team was correct in their estimate. The issue was you thought you were getting your deposit back and as communicated in the calls and the documents you signed, the deposit is applied to your final bill. So my office team did exactly what they are trained to do. Thank you for th feedback but our moving team and office team did what they are trained to do.

Our moving team, Bailey and Keymond, were absolutely the BEST! We used them to move our furniture and belongings out of the house into our garage as part of a remodeling project. We were so happy with their job performance! They were very courteous and polite. They took great caution with all of our items. When it’s time to move everything back in, we will definitely request them!

The three guys that came to move us were fantastic many times movers will kind of drag their feet and be slow moving and not real attentive to needs like your pets getting out and things like that but these guys were great they hustled they were very communicative very willing to help move things around and took care with our boxes but most importantly our pets. Thank you so much

The whole experience with Two Men and a Truck was great! The person on the phone reserving our move date was very helpful. The moving team worked very hard to get the job completed quickly. We had hoped it wouldn't take as long but that's our fault since we had more for them to move than planned. They still worked as quickly as possible which is why we gave them a good tip.
