This was a mess really, from start to finish (minus the great work of the movers). Emmy misquoted me, you guys tried to charge me hundreds more. A person named Lorna at your offices charged my card - without my consent (after they asked for it), and your manager Ian/Ethan at your Tempe offices was absolutely not helpful in anyway to resolve any of the mess that Two Men & A Truck did to me.

Based on the recorded call Emmy quoted you 2 hrs of labor plus a travel charge with an estimated cost of $565. This was exactly in line with what was charged on your card of $510.00. We always strive to exceed customer expectations and in this case our moving team completed the move with estimate and our Sales Team delivered an accurate estimate based on the items you told her. The leadership team might want to consider how many avaliable employees are available for the daily schedule. The movers were great and friendly but we were getting burned out early due to a missing 3rd mover. 1 more body would have made a huge difference. They worked their butts off!

Candice in the office was excellent. Very polite and informative. Isaac and Tasa on the truck were great. Both very hard working and respectful of my things. Mostly large bulky items they handled well taking to storage. I will request them again when I move my things into my home when completed.
