Everything about my experience was A+ from my initial contact, to the estimators who came out, to the team that did the move. Everyone was courteous and very pleasant to work with. Also, the moving team was very efficient and worked steadily. As stressful as moving can be, everyone associated with Two Men and A Truck made it much less stressful because they took care of everything and were dedicated to doing a good job!

The office staff was very helpful and made the process easy. My actually moving team was great! They worked quickly but carefully and they were very helpful and friendly. I had never hired a moving company before and this was a great experience and so nice not to have to worry.

I have called into the office, multiple times, and the follow up with the office staff has been non-existent. I voiced concerns with my move and was told "I'm sorry" and will get back to you. After multiple attempts, I just quit trying. It is very disappointing.

You guys were amazing! You were so patient with my continued changes due to my home not being ready! The moving crew was very friendly and prompt! They beat me to my location by a minute!! The ONLY thing that I felt a bit "weird" about this move is that it only took 45 minutes for them to unload me and I had to pay the 2 hour minimum, but then I saw them moving my neighbor in - on my 2nd hour! So, I felt like I paid for them and so did my neighbor, so they were getting double paid for that 2nd hour. I get its business, but that really left me with a weird feeling and bad taste about this move. If you were able to rebook that 2nd hour I do not feel like I should have had to pay for it. Thanks!
