Getting a quote was very easy using the online tool, and the office staff was great to work with. When my new house wasn't going to be ready in time, they were able to change my moving date quickly with no hassle. The moving team also did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and treated all my items with care.

The total cost was more than expected. We were told time would start when they arrived and end when they finished but we were charged for travel time to the location and then back to the office when it was finished. So, we were charge for 2.75 and we were expecting only the 2 hours.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide clear and comprehensive estimates, which always include travel and fuel costs. As outlined in the estimate section of the pre-move contract that every customer signs, "Billing begins when the movers leave the office and ends when they return to the office." We also make sure to inform customers verbally about this. However, we apologize if there was any confusion or misunderstanding. Aside from this issue, we hope that you were satisfied with the overall moving experience and the quality of our services.

Movers were fast, efficient and courteous. They went over and beyond. Couldn't have done it without them. Office staff was very nice and helpful.
