Double check for all necessary supplies. Be concious of where you are walking, placing & wrapping items so as not to include grass, leaves, dirt, etc with items.

There were a couple bumps with the furniture, but I consider that to be an acceptable part of the process. It would have been worse if it was me moving the furniture. Everyone was very friendly, and I am very pleased with the entire process.

Very pleased with the moving team that was assigned to handle my move. They worked quickly and professionally. They were focused on packing/unpacking my furniture and did not waste time with non-essential talk. My furniture arrived at my new place with no damage to it at all.

The moving crew went out of their way to make sure that my move went smooth. They were courteous and kept asking if there was anything else they needed for them to do. I was really pleased that they hooked up my washer and dryer for me and put furniture in place.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the crew that moved us. It is such a hard ordeal to move from one city to another but the crew was amazing! They were kind, curteous and took such great care of my stuff! I could not have been happier. They worked so hard and were so fast and efficient!

My moving team, although inexperienced, was professional and took very good care of my belongings. They were very careful in wrapping and unwrapping. I think there should have been 3 people. My disappointment falls with the estimation team. My estimate was totally incorrect. The time was off by 3 hours and a thorough job on the front end was not done. An in person estimate should be done on every move, regardless of house size. More questions need to be asked and all situations need to be explained. I was mostly pleased with my moving team, but very disappointed with the estimate and end cost.
