Thank you for wonderful service. The 3 gentlemen who moved me were wonderful. I will be using them again soon

We had used TMAAT 6 years ago and it was great but not this time. The two men walked into our house and looked at our boxes and said this isn’t going to all fit in the truck. This is going to take more than 4 hours. They were both looking at each other and one exclaimed sheesh or something like that. They called office. I called office and got no help there. In fact lady told me I needed to rent a second truck and they’d load it and I could drive it no I can’t. Because of all the panic we gave away a considerable amount of stuff to neighbors and our patio furniture to our homebuyers. That at the end of the day didn’t need to be done because it all fit with room left over. Also I feel we were overcharged by 30 mins at least. Called about 11 am said on way. Didn’t arrive until after 12 (Fayetteville to Springdale) we called twice. Guy said his partner had to send money to his wife so they were delayed. Some friends who came over to say goodbye said they saw the truck just sitting in the Harps parking lot. The whole day was more stressful and disconcerting than it should have been because of their attitude starting everything off wrong.

I had a long drive ahead of me and was told the movers would be there at between 8 and 9. They finally arrived at 1030 stating their manager overslept so they couldnt get in to get the truck. This put me two hours behind on my drive to Cincinnati. I got a sorry man out manager overslept. During the packing process there were multiple items I would say didnt need to be packed but still showed up in boxes. It was just a very frustrating process.

The 2-man team was outstanding!! They jig-sawed and Tetris-ed all I had into that POD in just under an hour!! Amazing!!

My crew was great they did an excellent job, and they cared about me and my households goods.

The guys were very pleasant and respectful. They made sure everything I needed done was done before leaving. I have used you before and will again! Thank you

Other than a damaged leg on a cabinet we were pleased.

I like your website a lot. It was easy to do the online quote and estimate. Sarah did a very good job answering my questions. Communication before and through move was excellent. Best part of experience was the moving team. The guys were off the charts excellent. Very professional, courteous, quick and communication was outstanding. They put everything where we wanted it and did a great job putting beds together and appliances. Will, Jack, Jose and Tyler- they are awesome!

We had another company cancel moments before the move was to take place.

Two Men & A Truck came on a moments notice & preformed a perfect job for us.

I will call them first next time!!!
