When I first called I was told the move could be done the next day. This was not the case. I was speaking to someone out of town instead of the local office, he was negligent to tell me this when I asked where he was located. I was not happy about this The actual move went well, once it was scheduled through the local office and completed

The three gentlemen that moved me were very polite, very energetic, very knowledgeable, tenacious workers with a great attitude! They were efficient, careful, polite, helpful and did the work under the designated time. They were an incredible team!

JUDY
This only issue was that I was quoted the price for two movers, but was told there would be 3 movers. The office staffer said it was a mistake on your part, but that you would sent out 3 movers at the price of 2. When they arrived there were only 2 movers. Even though I understand it was a error to quote that, but I was excited to get 3 for the price of 2. When only 2 showed up I was immediately disappointed. I was told that one of them called in sick, but I'm sure if only 2 were scheduled leaving just one mover, you would have found a second mover. Not the way you want to start with what is a very stressful experience with a disappointment. You should have sent 3 movers. Had I not been promised 3 movers it would have been a perfect experience. I appreciated the 2 that did show up!

They kept us informed as to their arrival time, but both times we've used them , they've been running late. They are quick to move once they arrive, and are definitely courteous. However, each time we've used them, one piece of furniture has been slightly damaged.

The guys were very professional and accommodating. Moving heavy furniture upstairs around a corner was no easy task and they handled it without issue and without putting any marks on the walls.
