I was extremely pleased with the men who moved my belongings. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. The took very good care of my belongings to make sure they arrived in good condition.

TWO MEN were flexible and available on short notice. Showed up on time and hit it hard for the entire move. thanks for your help during a stressful move.

Your operation is seriously very outstanding. The movers were top flight in every way. Accommodating, careful, personable, thorough, efficient. CAN DO attitudes. Calling into book the move was sub par to what I experienced over all. Just not a friendly person in general, grading voice. Sounded more legalistic that customer focused. I am impressed with you company overall and will use again.

Frustrating thing about 2 Men & a Truck is no local phone number. I do not like the fact you can’t pick up the phone dial direct.

About 20 minutes after their arrival one of the men came down and told us that they could not move us! We were flabbergasted. Why?! He said they had detected bedbugs. We couldn't believe it! We had never had such a problem. He took us upstairs to the guest room and started pulling back the lining of the bed foundation. After several inches he pointed to something - about a millimeter long with rounded ends. Well we were not experts and although we still did not believe this "evidence" could not persuade them to move us. He even said that two of them had been bitten by bedbugs and they would have to fumigate their cab! We immediately called Serfco - the bug specialists, and after a detailed search declared they found no evidence of bedbugs. He had another name for what he found. continued

We can’t say how happy we were with the crew that moved us this weekend. They were extremely polite, transparent and beyond helpful. I will recommend two men and a truck to all of our friends and family for future moves. We felt that the pricing was great as well. There were no unexpected surprises as far as service or price went. Tyler was also very proactive in his communication with us every step of the way. He let us know when they were going to take a break and that the clock would not be running against us. These guys were awesome!!!!

The movers did not have appropriate tool to do the job. It took longer than expected and cost extra.

Mario and his crew did a great job. They were fast and efficient and were friendly the whole time. Mario is great at directing his team. A+ would recommend highly.
