According to my Dad, (I am the son-Ron) a gentleman came out, looked over everything, made commitments, set up a date and time. My Dad ended up in the hospital, so I reached out to you about 5 days in advance and found out was not scheduled, was not detailed as to what was to happen, was supposed to include packing and scheduled for Friday morning. He had to be out by then so we could clean apartment. NOpe, not scheduled, not scheduled for packing, so had to jump through hoops, but greatfully got it scheduled for Friday afternoon, and as indicated above was very pleased. Not sure how something so important as scheduling after visiting and committing to certain things got lost in your system. overall, understand, and yes, would recommend, but was very frustrated.

The team was excellent. My only complaint was difficulty reaching a person when trying to call. But staff was very helpful - especially when we had to change our move date. The actual crew was create. In particular, we loved the positive attitude and high energy of Will. That young man was fun to work with. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend others to use the service.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. I wished I could upload my pictures. My furniture was broken and the guys milked the clock. Then when I called the supervisor, I had to call several times to get ahold of someone and they automatically defended the guys. This company is ridiculous and I'll never hire them again

We have used Two Men several times previously andamp; have had excellent service every single time.
This time, Jessie andamp; Chris worked quickly andamp; carefully carrying heavy loads down 2 flights of stairs to a storage POD. They were very pleasant andamp; finished the job in no time.
This was a temporary move andamp; weandacirc;??ll be asking for Jessie andamp; Chris to come back when it is time to move back in. Thank you Two Men andamp; Jessie andamp; Chris for another job well done!

The information provided by the office compared to what the movers stated when they arrived varied with information. The specifics were in regards to moving a push lawn mower that had the gas emptied out of it and leaving my items in the cabinets of my entertainment center. The office said those two things were ok and the movers did not think that they were. They were respectful of my items and nothing was harmed. Overall didn't take that long.
