The team was good the big issue is that they contact me and let me know that they where on his way and took 40 - 45 min to arrive to my location and I received the call like 12:45 and on the paper they wrote down 12:40, 5 min its not a big deal but how can I trust that arrived to my pace in Rogers took them 40 -45 min, and I was charged for it.... I didn't have a bunch of furniture I get that was on 3rd floor but payed 3 hours and one of those hours was for they arrive to my house?.... I dont believe that is fair really disappointed about that.

the team for men were great very friendly and fast.

The only criticism I have is that they crowd the truck too much and try to get too much on one load. Then you have things that get scraped like the legs on a chair, a side table, a large picture frame.
These guys worked very hard, wrapped most furniture in blankets, took the legs off my dining room table. They were hard working, wasted no time and were very courteous.

We needed a unique 3 stop move of misc. furniture between 2 states and they did a great job coordinating.
They wrapped furniture, took beds down a nd set beds back up and did a very efficient job.
They met our timetable even on a very rainy cold day.

I had a fantastic experience with you guys. The office staff explained everything, answered all my questions and were open to being flexible with my move-in date as my new apartment didn't notify me of the day until last minute. The movers were quick and friendly. A little rough with the boxes going down the stairs, but everything came out just fine. If I had a complaint, it would be that I had thought the movers would call me ahead of time to give me an approximate time they would be arriving so that I could make sure and be prepared, but they actually didn't call me until they were pulling up. However that's a pretty small thing. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know that needs movers and will use you in the future!
