Office personnel were very friendly and helpful. The two men who did the moving were very friendly, courteous and efficient. Overall a very good experience.

KENT
The movers made a good effort to move items with care. There were a couple of items damaged, but we are awaiting resolution and don’t expect a problem.
We were disappointed though, that the office failed to send a large enough truck to move our belongings in one trip. Our plan was to hire TMAAT to move large items in one trip, and we would move remaining small items ourselves. The truck wasn’t large enough to get all of our large furniture and appliances, requiring 2 trips, and considerable additional cost.

My 1st contact Brandy walk me through the process and worked with us to get the moved on the day we wanted.
The 1st crew where tied up at a job, the manager sent another truck out when it was determine they would not make it.
Mario and and his helper (Will?) where great. They where very careful and exceptional movers..

Movers filled all trucks that were sent and we still had LOTS more to move. Out of room. Movers did not come with protection for our carpets and hardwood floors, as every other mover we've had has done. Movers damaged the floors in new home, said they'd get back to us with a way to make a claim but we've never heard from anyone. I do expect repair of the living room hardwood floor.

Was very good everything I was told was correct and they guys were very thoughtful and concerned about making sure things went where I wanted them they were quick to ask questions and not just try to do things the easiest way. They never complained or gave any bad attitude vibes they were very friendly and answered all my questions with fully explained answers. Overall I don’t think I could of asked for a better experience will definitely use again and recommend you
