The office was incredible. They accommodated our daye and time on short notice. All details about the move were clearly communicated. Office staff was very friendly and kind.
Jose, Adam and Bert were an amazing team. They made sure my mom felt comfortable with the move. They were careful with her things and worked quickly.

The movers (Jose) were great and did everything they could but the office underestimated how many movers and trucks were needed. I even uploaded videos and images of everything and she assured me that everything would fit and we ended up taking two trips and extra hours. Rumor is they do this often to look cheaper than the other movers who do it accurately. Will not be using again!

Dear Martina, We do our best to be accurate in our estimate processes which is why we are so thorough. Our software has recently been updated to ensure that time and loading cubes are more accurate. Our goal is never to dissapoint customers with a higher bill at the end of services, in fact, we aim to over estimate in the beginning so people are pleasantly surprised with a lower bill. I'm not certain of the details for your particular move but please feel welcome to call us and discuss this more in depth. We would be happy to address your concern.

I needed unloading a storage shed and moving the contents to a storage unit two towns over. The office staff (H) asked all the right questions so that the team (C, D, and N) were prepared to tackle my job. Efficient and quick.

The packing team did a poor job. On moving day the person said you should have packed all closets in boxes and it would move faster. They did not bring boxes so they used mine and my tape and did not refund. My friends loaded their cars and mine with what they could not pack! Also they did not label boxes like I asked so therefore we had to still move boxes back and forth with my wagon from af
