Giving Back To Our Northwest Arkansas Community

Our franchise takes pride in giving back to our community. From our office staff who book the moves to our movers and drivers, we are excited to support such great local organizations. We support a variety of charities in Northwest Arkansas.

This photo highlights our 2023 Annual MOVERS FOR MOMS® program, a campaign to collect products for sheltered women and children.

This year, we are proudly sponsoring Havenwood, a local organization that provides a two-year program to help single mothers overcome the barriers in their life that lead to homelessness while providing transitional housing for them and their children in a supporting environment so they may become economically self-sufficient and transition into permanent housing.

Movers for Moms®

A major effort in the spring aims to give mothers living in homeless and domestic abuse shelters a little something to make them feel special on Mother’s Day. The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Bentonville location collects donations each spring for local women’s and family shelters and delivers these items on or before Mother’s Day.

This annual campaign is called Movers for Moms®. In 2025, our location will support Havenwood once again for the second year in a row, with hopes to double our donations this year. We will partner with various local drop-off locations, including businesses, apartment complexes, and storage companies we move to and from regularly.

Donation items are determined by individual shelters but can include: soaps, hair styling products, shampoos and conditioners, pillows, blankets, slippers, and other basic clothing items. Additional details regarding the charity effort and collection sites will be announced through social media postings, networking events, or from our local office.

We’re excited to give back to our community and make this year’s Movers for Moms® campaign even bigger and better!

Let’s Fill Two Vans for Moms in Need: Movers for Moms® 2025 Is Here!

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Bentonville is proud to kick off our 2025 Movers for Moms® campaign—an annual effort to support moms in need right here in our community just in time for Mother’s Day.

This year, we’re partnering with Havenwood, a Bentonville-based transitional housing program that gives single mothers and their children a safe and supportive place to live while working toward independence.

About Havenwood:

Havenwood serves 14 families at a time through a two-year program that provides housing and wraparound services for single moms in transition. These women receive vital support, including childcare resources, employment assistance, financial guidance, and the opportunity to stabilize their lives for a better future.

Our 2025 Goal: Double the Impact

In 2024, thanks to our amazing community, we filled one cargo van with essential items. This year, we’re aiming even higher:
Let’s fill TWO cargo vans full of donations for the moms and kids at Havenwood! We need your help to do it.
