Careless with some of my belongings. Broke my headboard, and in turn my whole bed fell and hit the ground that night. Was reimbursed $100 at the time, but now I’m out a whole bed. Not the best experience.

Prior use was amazing; This time I had Jerrad come out and give an estimate. I took him on a tour of the house and pointed out every item to be moved, along with fragile items, and China cabinets that would need to be packed. I received the price estimate along with a time estimate the next day. On the day of the move; however, the movers acted like they had no idea they were going to pack the china cabinets, then the time estimate of 4 1/2 hours to pack the house turned into 6 hours. They unloaded at the new house and left, without me being able to inspect all items. The day after the move, I found several items damaged from the move including a china cabinet. I am not happy with this move at all.

Damaged refrigerator, antique lamp, stained couch, damaged picture frames, bed frame, didn’t assemble bedroom furniture, no wrapping for pictures....stuffed in a box, threw furniture unwrapped in truck, packed boxes labeled “spices”...weighs over 60 lbs....dumped in bathroom.....drug it back to kitchen and it’s dirty garage articles, dumped downstairs boxes upstairs and vice versa.....weighs 60-80 lbs each. Etc, etc. turned in 3 claims fir damages 6/21.....ZERO calls from office.

I am still waiting on a call back from operations about damage done in the rental house from where I was moving. The moving guys were nice and hard working but they scratched the hardwood dragging the dolly and damaged a step. I have sent pictures but the office staff has been slow to respond and assist. So far I have talked to three people (John, Jerry and Aaron), sent pictures and told a fourth person would call me Saturday. So far nothing. I need this resolved ASAP.

The first day when the packers came, they did not pack everything which caused the movers to spend 6 hours packing in the 2nd day before they could start moving items into the truck. Everyone was in a hurry, things were not packed properly to prevent damage and the boxes were not marked to give any clue as to what was in the boxes. Things were turned upside down and spilled in the boxes. The Keurig coffee maker was packed with water in the dispenser and I had to tell them that water was pouring out of the box. It was ridiculous. Some items were packed with blankets Nx plastic wrap, but the majority was packed only with plastic wrap, making my furniture vulnerable to scratches. I have several damaged pieces. In addition my mother’s vintage diamond wedding ring set was stolen.

Damaged property. Not adequately prepared for move. Took longer than expected. I moved some items myself.

My experience with Two Men And A Truck was amazing! The office staff called earlier in the day to verify my appointment and again when the staff was running slightly behind. The movers arrived and surveyed my apartment. Afterwards they went through the paperwork and offered extra items to ensure no property damage. The administration stated that at minimum it’d be a 3 hour process, but my amazing movers got it done in 2.5 hours. I’d definitely recommend the service to family and friends!

Most of the team had little experience. They were polite and worked hard but lacked the skills I have noticed with other moving teams. My only problem was scratches on my hardwood floor where they rotated some of the heavier items. There has to be a better way to do it without causing damage.

Our tv was damaged during our move. Even though we hadn’t purchased the additional insurance, Two Men and a Truck took care of us. We are extremely happy with the outcome and feel like we were treated very fairly. The movers were very nice and professional I would recommend them to anyone.

They sent two older men who were 1.5 hours late and then took 4-5 hours to move us to our new house when the last time we used y’all the guys moved us from a 3rd floor apt into this same house in LESS TIME. Do to their slowness we were charged extra plus we helped! And provided a drill! If we didn't have tools who knows how long it would’ve taken. Plus they broke my granite counter and when asked about it they said ummm no we didn’t. Hmmm the hall y’all moved the stuff in and a 12 inch piece of my counter is on the floor?? Who else did it?! Never offered to have it fixed or anything. Never offered a discount due to their lateness, slow pace or lack of supplies. Will never recommend or use again!
