Our workers were Cole, Mason and Deshawn. They were excellent to work with! They took good care of our items, worked hard in the heat and had a good attitude. The only thing I am disappointed in is that the office staff has yet to get back with us about a damage report that Deshawn filled out based on a refrigerator power cord that was accidentally broken.

I was a little disappointed that they had to make two trips because we didn’t pack items in as many boxes as we could so they could stack them easily and fit more items on the load. My total came to 1162, but at that point I had to have everything moved. One sentimental item that was a cedar chest built by my dad before going off to war did get broken. I did not claim it and will find someone to repair it. I will say that the three young men I had were very courteous and well spoken and mannered.

I had 12 pieces of furniture that needed to be moved. My move took 4 hours. That comes out to 20 minutes per piece. My move team did not work with a sense of urgency or pace. Pretty much loaded around. Took them over 30 minutes to put my first piece of furniture on the truck. Also, everything was strapped to a dolly and dragged down the stairs with no care to possible damage. Perfect example of this is that the heating element on my dryer was jarred loose and now I have to put the effort in to fixing the issue. To have paid almost $500 for this service was disgusting. I didn’t take a single break while the moving crew was working; they took several.

The office staff was great, however, the moving team significantly scratched the nicest furniture I had in multiple places at multiple different times. The level of care was too low, and I will question using them again.

Movers were polite, on time, and very fast with overall service. Unfortunately a handle was broken off a bookcase but I think I can fix it. I assume they didn’t realize because they didn’t disclose it to me. I will use this service again in the future and will recommend to others.

We used Two men and a truck twice, the 1st day move (local) was great, the second day not so great, my husband asked for the same two guys and did not get them. The second move was to another city, and they arrived at 8 pm to unload, so we were uploading in the early morning. I still have not been able to find items due to where they were packed. They really had a hard time getting my washer and dryer upstairs, and scratch up the floor and door getting my refrigerator in. The next morning they discovered they forgot my TV stand and another items on the truck and did return them. I wish I could find my TV remote and cord that they wouldn't pack with the TV. The second day was bad, the guys was nice but service could have been better.

Showed up to my house not even knowing if they were supposed to pack me. Didn’t label the boxes they did pack. Paid for three movers while only two of them worked efficiently. I packed and moved more than the third. Almost forgot my master closet full of clothes and shoes. Did not use any corner guards when moving items into our house. Corner paint, wood trim, and stair banisters are torn up. Door paint is gauged. Left boxes in the garage because they were conveniently not labeled. Backyard furniture and play set was literally dispersed all across the backyard so I couldn’t mow without having a friend move them. I will never use this company again. We are a military family that’s moved countless times with countless moving companies. Never have I had such an awful experience.

My 2 movers have helped me on several moves in the past and are always very helpful and have a great attitude. Great employees for your company!
