My biggest issue with the whole process was the initial estimate was way off. We were told it would be 1 truck, 3 movers, and 6 hours. Once the movers arrived, they all agreed it should have been 4 movers and 2 trucks. The reason this was an issue was because the load plan and contents of the move was not shared with the movers, thus causing the issues all around. A simple job ended up being hard.

The movers were on time and they worked hard and fast. The office staff stayed in touch with me and very friendly. The movers helped remove a lot of our moving day stress.

It’s the first time ever we had smooth sailing easy moving experience. The staff, as well as the movers were extremely friendly and courteous. No surprise charges, no hidden fees. They picked up our furniture and delivered it exactly as promised, no delays. Overall we are very satisfied

Very professional. The guys showed up and did an amazing job in a timely manner. I was contacted during the move to make all was going well and again after job was complete. I would definitely use them again.

Best move I ever had! The guys were fantastic-handling all of my things with care. They Wa rapped everything and worked in an extremely timely manner without wasting any time like others have done in the past. The office team was great at contacting me throughout the process and I especially loved the service calls during my move and the morning g after! Highly recommend you all!!!
