My moving team did not wrap any of my furniture they just threw it on the truck and it was all chipped once it was delivered even though they had blankets on the truck. They did not take things such as the tv off the wall even though I specifically requested it be moved. They didn’t put furniture back together like the baby crib. They were lazy and irritated all day. I will not use you again

Felt cheated. I paid 717 for 5 hours of mediocre labor. I am aware of your hourly rates but I specifically reduced the amount of things that I needed to be moved to save time and the two men you sent spent entirely too much time. Seems unfair that it took almost 1k to move a few things less than 5 miles. Way over your original estimate. Wish I could get a refund for the difference.
