All of our furniture was well taken care of and the movers were very friendly and polite. However, they seemed to be taking their time with moving, which I felt drove up costs. Also, neither the fridge nor the washer were properly attached, which led to flooding in our brand new laundry room and kitchen. We had to take time to repair the incorrect connections and clean up the water.
