My moving team was amazing and did a great job. Very personal and hard working people.
Salesman was a little greasy, the “estimate” is less than half of what the actual cost is. The crew acknowledged that this happens every single time they move someone.

Tori was very helpful as I was packing in Alabama for the move and sometimes I did not respond right away to her e-mail.I appreciated her patience very much. My sister was at my house the day of the move as my daughter and I left to get to Maryland ASAP. It was wonderful when movers got ahead of schedule and we were able to move up unloading time. A big shoutout to my movers—-thanks much!

One of the 2 guys was smaller in stature so when using straps to move furniture pieces the strap would lean the piece toward him. Just concerned he may get hurt in the long run and over time. Not a criticism of the person.

Fast and efficient for 99% of the move. Recommend movers ensure all parts to TVs are accounted for. Had some trouble finding original TV box packaging, power cables, and remotes at the final destination. Also, furniture coasters were not placed back under any of the furniture.

Darian lead our four-man crew. They all worked tirelessly to get the work done efficiently. The crew was polite and respectful to my husband I throughout the process and did their best to do all in their power to please us.

The Packing team did an excellent job with particular good care given to wrapping all kitchen ware, crystal, and china. The Moving team with Tim and his crew also gave me their best effort to get me relocated. There was one incident for damage to a bed foot board that may have been prevented with better covering and positioning in the truck. Recommendations to others is pending on this repair.
