The actual movers were wonderful & professional. Disappointed that management or estimation team did not better prepare for this move. They sent 2 movers for a move that required at least 4. The 2 movers called in assistance around 1600 and we still did not complete the job until 2200.

Two Men and a Truck movers called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive. They arrived at the appointed time. There were several very heavy and large furniture items that they very carefully moved from my second floor down the stairs that also had a landing and placed them in my garage. They also did some extra moving for me and completed all the work efficiently.

You should send your people equiped with more than 1 screw driver and a tool box for each worker. They should come equiped with a drill motor and multiple bits that way they won't spend wasted time and money trying to loosen and fasten furniture.

Our office has power tools they can use on a move upon request to make break down of furniture a faster process. We apologize for the oversight on tools. Overall the move was excellent, however, two days later we discovered they ripped two of the mattress magnets off our sleep number bed
